Warranty

We stand behind our work. Completed repairs include a limited warranty on labor and on any parts we supply and install. This warranty applies only to the specific fault we diagnosed and the parts/work performed on the service date.

What’s covered

  • Labor: workmanship is warranted for 30–90 days from the service date (your invoice states the exact period).
  • Parts: parts we supply and install are covered for the manufacturer’s stated period (typically 30–180 days). If a covered part fails within that period, we’ll replace the part; any associated labor is covered only if stated on your invoice, otherwise billed at our standard rates.

What’s not covered

  • Unrelated issues: new problems not related to the original diagnosis or the parts we replaced.
  • Pre-existing or hidden conditions: wiring, plumbing, venting, cabinetry, or installation issues not observable at the time of service.
  • Damage or misuse: physical damage, improper installation by others, liquid ingress, pests, mold, chemical damage, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines.
  • Power/utility problems: outages, surges, voltage issues, breakers, or supply problems.
  • Clogs/obstructions: foreign objects in pumps, hoses, drains, or vents.
  • Consumables & wear items: filters, bulbs, racks, cosmetic trims, routine gasket/seal replacement.
  • Third-party parts/work: customer-provided parts or repairs altered by others after our visit.
  • Routine maintenance: calibration or upkeep after the service date unless listed as covered.

Payment terms and refund rules are described in our Terms of Service.

Important notes
