Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer same-day service?

Often yes. If you contact us before early afternoon, we can usually book same day or next morning—subject to route and parts availability.

Do you install appliances?

Yes. We install washers, dryers, dishwashers, and over-the-range (OTR) microwaves. We verify connections, leveling, clearances, and run a test cycle.

Do you sell parts?

No—we're a repair and installation service. For parts-only purchases, please use local suppliers. We warranty only parts we source and install as part of a repair.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes—please give us notice as early as possible so we can reassign the route. Missed visits may incur a fee at our discretion.

What payments do you accept?

Payment terms are COD / due on receipt. We accept Interac e-Transfer, secure online card payment (via invoice), cash, and debit/credit cards. Receipts are emailed. Shipping and service-call/diagnostic fees are non-refundable. A 3% banking convenience fee applies to credit-card payments. Overdue balances accrue 10% monthly interest; unpaid accounts may be referred to collections.

What does your warranty cover?

Repairs carry a limited warranty on labor and on the parts we install. Issues caused by unrelated faults, misuse, physical damage, power surges, plumbing or electrical supply problems, or failure to follow manufacturer care instructions are not covered. Read the full policy on warranty.

What arrival window should I expect?

We provide a 2–3 hour arrival window and call or text when en route. Access, parking, pets, and building entry instructions help keep things on schedule.

How does pricing & diagnostics work?

We perform an upfront diagnosis on arrival. If you approve the repair, the service call/diagnostic is included in the job. If you decline, only the diagnostic fee applies.

Do you handle gas or commercial appliances?

We service residential, electric household appliances and OTR microwaves only. For gas appliances or commercial equipment, please contact a licensed technician or manufacturer-authorized service.
