Terms of Service
Scope of Service
We service residential, non-commercial, electric laundry and kitchen appliances and over-the-range (OTR) microwaves. We do not service gas appliances or commercial equipment.
Service & Payment
Diagnostic fees are due at the visit. Repair costs are quoted before any work begins. By booking, you authorize our technician to access and test the appliance—including power and water connections when applicable.
Payments
Payment terms are COD / due on receipt. We accept Interac e-Transfer, secure online card payment (via invoice), debit/credit cards, cash, and tap where available. Receipts are emailed.
Shipping and service-call/diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Credit-card payments incur a 3% banking convenience fee.
Overdue balances accrue 10% monthly interest. Unpaid accounts may be referred to collections.
Cancellations
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit. Missed appointments may incur a service-call/diagnostic fee at our discretion.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, cabinetry or installation issues, plumbing/electrical supply problems, or other conditions outside the scope of the service requested. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Warranty Reference
Repair warranty terms ( labor and parts we install or supply ) are described in our Warranty. If an issue is unrelated to the covered repair, standard diagnostic/service charges apply.
