Quick checks before you call
- Confirm the sink drain isn’t clogged and the disposer knockout was removed.
- Clean the filter & spray arms; top up rinse aid.
- Make sure the water supply valve under the sink is fully open.
- Check for kinked drain or inlet hoses.
- Power-cycle the breaker for 2 minutes if controls are unresponsive.
